Important: February 2025 Update to Administration Centre

We are pleased to let you know that we have made an update to the Administration Centre and messaging function of the Pivotell/Careousel Advance GSM Automatic Pill Dispenser.

• Option for the USER to receive ‘Time to take medication’ SMS for each alarm (on Step 1). Enter a mobile number in the section for Phone number 4, for the user to receive this alert.
• Option for family/carers to receive ‘Time to take medication’ SMS for each alarm (on Step 3). Tick the box in the options on Step 3 if required.

These are optional, but we hope you will find them a valuable addition to the Pivotell/Careousel Advance GSM Automatic Pill Dispenser service.
